There have been rumors and speculation about Britney's record company being vocally displeased with both her personal behavior and the work product that she is creating. I have doubts about the accuracy of such reports. The craft of making saleable pop music is not mysterious anymore. If production skills and technology can make Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan albums that are listenable, there is no way that even a somewhat tired and messed up Britney Spears can't churn one out. I guess it is possible that the potential profit margin has gotten painfully thin because Britney has alienated some potential CD buyers.
