Does Hoodia Really Work?

This is a sponsored post.

Is hoodia weight loss a viable strategy to get where you want to be with your body? The active ingredient that is harvested from a cactus-like desert plant was actually patented in 1996 as an appetite suppressant. Pfizer could not figure out how to effectively make a synthetic drug and have released the rights to the ingredient in 2002.

Caution should be taken by any dieter considering hoodia. High doses may have undesired effects on the liver. Another problem is that almost half of the hoodia products on the market DO NOT CONTAIN HOODIA. Natural Health Hoodia is certified by an independant lab to contain the active ingredient that is reported to suppress hunger.

I intuitively think that an appetite suppressant like Hoodia is a better decision than a stimulant. I would stick to the minimum effective dose and try to live a active lifestyle and have a healthy diet.
