Reading Tutors

Score Learning centers have Reading Tutors that can help younger children get started or help older children catch up. The point at which children take that leap and start reading is not fully understood by educators and psychologists. Nevertheless there are a number of things that tutors can do to encourage that leap forward. My kids actually took that leap in the summer without any help. We bought some high interest/low vocabulary Pokemon books for them and one day they just started reading. There was a lot of effort from parents and teachers to lay the groundwork for that process. If your kids are falling behind, intensive, focused tutoring using a proven method might be what they need.
